To the Skettel's capitalizing!

Tiger is to blame for stepping out on his wife. I realize this public statement was just an apology to the fans of the sport. A shot at regaining his career and the life he so dangerously put on the line. Not for all these hookers out there trying to capitalize.

Nothing angers me more when I'm forced to judge people and two of these women Tiger slept with have angered me.

Jaime Jungers, one of the low level mistresses held a press conference to call the apology crap. Who are you? You're a sideline ho! You knew the man as married and now you want to deflect and say you were young. It doesn't work that way. No one care about you/ heard about you until you declared your skaniness to the world.

Why does it not shock me that you want to be an actress? I wonder how many times you've been on your back to achieve that dream. You are no victim! You're a slut with no conscience. You're using this as your springboard for a career that will never happen.

Then there is Veronica Siwik-Daniels. Crying at her own press conference declaring she didn't deserve this and demanding a personal apology.

Honey, sweetie, FOOL you were a porn star! You fucked for a living. No amount of innocent clothes and red wigs is going to change that.

You were with a married man! He owes you nothing! That's what you deserve. So what, he said he loved you. I love cupcakes. Just because I say it doesn't mean I'm going to eat just cupcakes. He had no commitment to you, publicly or privately, but a fantasy most men have. You're a dummy to think otherwise.

The woman who deserved a public apology was Elin Woods, remember her, trick! His wife. Ho have a seat!

Who I'm especially disgusted with is that ambulance chaser Gloria Allred. This woman doesn't need legal representation! What is this woman doing there? She was previously involved with first woman outed, Rachel Uchitel.

Considering this porn star had a supposed 3 year affair I'm sure there is a book deal in the works and Gloria is going to be right there getting a piece of that action. (My opinion)

Can we finally move on? I respect the other women for just falling back and not making themselves look like trash. You shouldn't have to whore yourself out to be a star.

Ladies, find yourself respect. It's looking really sad now!

Dumb and Dumber

Tiger Woods: I'm going to say a few things you may cheer and you may fear right now.

Number 1: I think your mea culpa was appropriate. Though it was stilted and rehearsed I realized if anything shame, nervousness and embarrassment made things difficult for you.

That being said:

Number 2: You were sloppy. Therapy will help you understand why you did slept with all those women but it won't help you get your wife back. Was this an addiction the first time? No it wasn't. You got away with it before and you though I can do it again.

You don't deserve your wife staying just for the sloppiness alone. But I hope you get it together for your kids sake. They deserved better from you. I'm glad to hear the Elin never tried to hurt you, though who would blame her.

I never judged you for cheating because I'm aware it happens but you made a mockery of a woman who had been good to you and that was your biggest mistake.

Dreaming of Vacation

I want to get away so bad but I'm pinned to my home. *sigh*

Have yourself a great year. I know I will. NO MATTER WHAT!

Out with the Old

So when my birthday (Dec 28) rolls around my mind goes to what I want from the new year and reflect on the year about to fade into the history books. It's hard to believe it's gone so fast but it's been a roller-coaster.

Death has been the big thing in 2009. The stars I grew up with left in high and not so high fashion this year. Natasha Richardson started the year and then in the summer we got David Carradine, Farrah Fawcett and then moments later, literally Michael Jackson passed. I realize they are people who aren't in my personal rolodex but they impacted my life by entertaining me when I couldn't entertain myself.

The bright spot for me was to see Natalie Cole get better, although that was with a touch of sadness because her sister died and Whitney Houston's comeback.

I have to say, about Whitney, that I really looked forward to this "I Look to You" album. She's not the same Whitney anymore. The voice is deeper and more delicate but with all that her tongue is doing, it's still a miracle that her voice still can bring that amazing feeling. Half of singing is bringing forth emotion. She still has that gift. If she stopped smoking she probably would sound better.

And to other things. I lost two soap operas this year. The eldest, Guiding Light and it's slightly younger sister, As the World turns will depart next year. It has to be said that my interest in this medium is strong. It's more than female "stories" in the afternoon, it's traditional, it's also an American creation. It's funny but little by little I find that the American tradition, the products made in American are dying and will soon become extinct. It's very easy to look down your nose at this genre. It's for women and gay men, but no, it's really not. Any one who's ever watched tv in the last 20 years and was addicted to anything serialized that left cliffhangers have soap operas to thank.

It's interesting to see the laizze-faire attitude that Les Moonves has given to an institution that has lasted longer than him. Networks so lazy and defeatist that the only bottom line is making money, quickly without trying to have brand loyalty. Is that what advertisers want and need for themselves. I guess maybe they do considering they've sold out and don't give a shit about who they're marketing to during any program.

That's a fight that is totally out of my hands. I've got to deal with those circumstances. It's time to look ahead.

I'm looking forward to losing some weight. I've put it off for some time now and I really need to get my health in order. I also want to write more often so hopefully this will be the forum that I use to get most of my stuff out. I want to learn to drive and sing and get some vocal lessons.

The year ahead will have it's pitfalls, it's share of changes we don't want but there is one thing that I want for all of us. To make it out alive.

Happy New Year
Love
Uncle D.

Chris Brown: King of stupidity?

CHRIS BROWN

Who is handling this guy's P.R.? Chris Brown needed to sit down and fall back until mid next year. Rihanna's interview on 20/20 completely threw his ass under the bus, as we knew it would. I think it was in poor taste MTV tried to cash in by having Chris interviewed at the same time. How about airing it the weekend, on Monday, but the same day. It just looked like another attack by Chris.

It use to be so easy for him. Chris was destined to take over Usher's spot. Let's be real, even if you weren't a fan, you saw it coming. Him thrusting and grinding it out on stages, making the little girls moist, it had to end with him and the crown. Bobby, then Usher and then Chris.

Usher ushered his ass off the mark by getting married and having two kids. Usher is not the same cat walking back into the game. He's on the way out. His last record didn't set the world ablaze but it flickered and then disappeared. Chris then was positioned nicely to do his thing. He thrilled his peers at award shows, dazzled audiences with his boy next door image.

Then the image started to turn. I had heard of an incident from a few people from Barbados that Chris Brown wreck Rihanna's car, given to her by the Prime Minister. He was having a tantrum and just went off on the car. It was something I put in the back of my mind and just let go. I heard another story by Karrine Stephens. People around the way call her SUPERHEAD/ SOOPAHEAD. Why? Cause she super with head! Then there was the TI incident at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. Here's a link to that story (DRAMA!!!!! TI NEARLY FIGHTS...).

It took this fool public humiliation of him AND Rihanna for him to realize that he had an issue and it looks like he hasn't completely learned the lesson. You have to stop playing the boy next door and let Rihanna speak without you being present or your boys and friends coming at the girl you admittedly beat to a pulp. When people hear you talk about her this is what they see: Chris Brown did that.

This image is seared into the minds of many and it's one that will forever be out there thanks to the internet generation. They both will live with this for life.  I write all this to say, it's time we put this chapter of their lives away and let them both deal the way they need to, in private. She revealed her side and he revealed his. I am personally choosing to forgive Chris Brown. Why? I know what it is to make a mistake you can't take back. I hope that Chris Brown is aware that his fan base is mostly, teenage girls. His treatment of women reflects on him just as much as it does for Rihanna.  Chris may be a batterer today but I'm praying for tomorrow where he'll become the man he's supposed to be.

Meanwhile, a new man has entered the area and is moving into his spot, Trey Songz! He ain't no dancer but he sure got the swagger and that about all he needs for now.

Take a little time to forgive and if you can't at least try. Please don't be a flake and try to lower yourself by calling Chris out. It makes you look ghetto and he looks far better not responding to you. Remember, the world loves an underdog. Don't turn him into one.

With a glass of wine,
Uncle D

Whitney Houston is on fire with this remix. She happened to do this on the X-Factor in England and served good voice. Is it possible to get our DIVA BACK!!!
